Assorted meatballs - This set contains 5 variants of premium hotpot balls. Perfect for DIY shabu-shabu hotpot bonding with family and friends.
Hotpot:
1. Prepare soup base of your choice.
2. Add in the balls and cook for 5 minutes
3. Add your preferred meat as well
4. Serve and enjoy
Fried:
1. Deep fry the balls for 3 minutes at 150 degree Celsius or until golden brown
2. Strain and remove excess oil
3. Best served with Ersao's garlic sauce
