Description: Combination of ground pork with cabbage, ginger, onion leeks and kuchai leaves wrapped in a thin layer of chewy dough

Cooking Method:

Storage: Keep Frozen.

Cooking Instructions
Pan Fry:
1. No need to defrost.
2. Get the all-purpose flour pack from the box & add 50ml of water to create a mixture.
3. Pre-heat a non-stick pan with 1 tbsp of cooking oil. Gently place
gyoza on the pan.
4. Add the mixture. Bring it to boil at low heat.
Then cover with lid to steam for around 3-4 minutes or until the bottom
start to a golden brown.
5. Serve with Ersao Garlic Sauce.
