Cooking Method: Cover the meat with egg breading. Pan fry for 5-7 mins. Add chili powder for spiciness.

1. Get the egg breading pack from the box & add 75ml of water to create a mixture.
2. Prepare a pan with cooking oil around 150-180 degrees Celsius.
3. Coat chicken steak in an egg-breading mixture.
4 . Deep fry Chicken Steak for 3 minutes until it turns golden brown.
5. Remove and add the chili powder pack.
6. Serve with Ersao Garlic Sauce.
